Move src/* dependencies into `dependencies`

Fix logic for when to run deploy-gh-pages

actually make it a regex.

Deploying to gh-pages from circle instead of Travis

Add assets to editingTarget at the time it started uploading

Update to render with touching white fixes

I found this strategy suggested in 
https://discuss.circleci.com/t/create-separate-steps-jobs-for-pr-forks-versus-branches/13419

Any dependency needed to successfully require/import `src/index.js`
should now be listed under "dependencies" though the client will need to
ensure that appropriate Babel rules, etc., are present.
