Configure Jest to mock svgs and css so that it doesn't throw syntax errors. This is also per recommendation in the Jest docs:

WIP getting a react test working. Throws syntax error on svgs so need to maybe configure jest to use existing webpack config instead which probably properly handles svgs.

Use trusty beta for Travis builds

This allows gh-pages to work. Something changed in the precise VMs that prevents the git clone gh-pages uses from working correctly.  See https://github.com/travis-ci/travis-ci/issues/4942

On my fork, this change allowed the gh-pages deploy to succeed.
