This reverts commit c061f2e2, reversing
changes made to 6e007b1e.

This invalidates the toolbox XML when switching back to the code tab after e.g. renaming a costume, making the code tab

* Use target id in volume reporter block

* update VM

* Add a space after ‘apple’ in the join block

* Fix integration test

Using the new `ScratchMsgs.translate` function to generate localized menus and default values in the toolbox.

Use Blockly messages for category names in the default toolbox XML to allow the names to be localized from the Msgs table.

This reverts commit 94915a9a.

Update opcode label for monitors.

Changing representation of 'broadcast' and 'broadcast and wait' blocks in make-toolbox-xml to match scratch-blocks and allow for blocks to be plugged into the input.
